Scotland is a dramatic and legendary land that is a cultural and scenic gem. Possessing one of the longest coastlines in Western Europe, it has a unique and dramatic geography which allows visitors the chance to experience nature at its most pure.
From towering mountains and glens, to rugged coastlines pierced by attractive sea lochs, to white sandy beaches lapped by turquoise waters, Scotland is a land of ever-changing contrasts.
Our cruising area is around the West Coast and the Hebrides, along the Caledonian Canal and in the Moray Firth, which all provide relatively sheltered waters for sailing. We can venture further afield and trips to Shetland, Orkney, St Kilda and Ireland are possible. All our itineraries can be tailored to meet your needs.
Cruises aboard Scotia W can depart from a number of locations including Inverness, Kyle of Lochalsh, Corpach near Fort William, Oban, Ardrossan and Troon. Inverness is an ideal departure point for Moray Firth and Caledonian Canal cruises, while Kyle of Lochalsh is a great starting point for a cruise round The Hebrides. Corpach suits cruises along the Caledonian Canal or around the West Coast – Oban is also excellent for West Coast cruises. While cruises in the Clyde/Southern Argyll area depart from Troon or Ardrossan.
